Refund Policy

These are the Refund Policy of use Drone Power Private limited company operating under the laws of India.

At Drone Power, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund and service policy to understand our procedures:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • No refund only Replacement is Available on prepaid Orders.
  • Refund of order is allowed only when the Stock is not available or company is Failed to deliver the product at your location

Upon product delivery, it is essential to conduct a thorough inspection. Please ensure that you carefully examine the product for any physical damage or defects. We kindly request that you do not accept any products that show signs of damage or defects.

In the event you encounter any such issues, you have two options:

Refuse Delivery:

If you identify any damage or defects during the delivery process, you have the right to refuse the delivery.

Acceptance with Remarks:

If you decide to accept the delivery despite noticing any damage or defects, we urge you to make suitable remarks on the Proof of Delivery document. This document serves as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.

It is crucial that you include specific remarks about any damage, defects, or missing items on the POD document. Failure to do so may result in Drone Power not being able to replace or refund the order at a later time.

Terms for Product Replacement

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product sent.
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) product.
  • Product found to be defective.
  • To be eligible for a replacment , buyers must inform us of any issues or disputes with their order within 3 days or 7 days from the date of delivery. You can contact us via
    email (preferred) or phone to report any issues.

2. Unboxed Product Seal

If the seal of the product is opened, and the product is found to be in good working condition, return and refund requests will not be applicable.

3. Missing Parts or Accessories

Return/refund requests will be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.

4. Packaging Material

Buyers are advised to keep the packaging material until the return window is open. This will facilitate secure product packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Proper Packaging

Products should be packed in the same manner as received by the buyer. Avoid using tapes or glues directly on the product or its packaging, as this may result in the
cancellation of your return request.

6. Return of Accessories

All accessories delivered with the product should be returned in the same condition as received, along with the product.

7. Service Requests

In addition to refunds, we offer service requests for:

  1. Product repairs and replacements for damaged or defective items.
  2. Technical support and assistance for product issues.

* Our service team is dedicated to promptly addressing any product related concerns.

8. Refund Process

  1. If payment was made through our payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made after deducting convenience
    fee.
  2. For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be credited to the buyer’s bank account.
  3. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  4. We aim to provide a transparent and seamless refund and service process. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy, please contact our customer support team.
